You retain ownership of uploaded business files. You grant Vaaprex a limited license to process such files for reconciliation and analytics.
Pricing, plans, and features may be updated from time to time. Continued usage after updates implies acceptance.
Vaaprex is provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited and indirect damages are excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction.
